I’m a movement instructor for women who are in the thick of burnout and overwhelm. 

I deliver kind and sustainable movement that honours where you are at right now, so that you can feel calmer within, you can go about your days in a more thoughtful way and savour the precious life you have.

Women who love my classes + experiences seek (or have) a love for movement that is kind on their body and nurturing to their spirit.

They long for a sense of freedom from dogma, restrictions and judgment around what it means to be healthy.

They value inner peace.

They seek or carry a quiet confidence to do it their way. 

They seek to embrace all things beautiful that life has to offer - mess and all. 

My style interweaves movement with slow living, nature, connection and community, ideally against a beautiful backdrop whenever possible.
